This is an export model of the first mass-produced transistor radio in the Soviet Union. VEF here in Riga produced thousands of them for the entire union.

Next month I will get the engineering documents and memos about these radios from the factory's archive.

Oh it's absolutely garbage, but I kind of expect this in smaller/poorer countries like Latvia unfortunately. Still, the concept of a salami advent calendar was worth the post.
