This reminds me of how I felt when I was young. Online gamers are dicks. But in my life, the gamers I know now are the most kind and empathetic people I’ve met. The less I gave my time to online communities the more I enjoyed gaming. I’m much more able to focus on the joy of it all. Even online.

I see the stories and contact my reps almost every day. But they continue to disappoint and even anger me. They’re serving themselves as cowards. What else can I even do? Protest? I’ve done that so many times. Very obviously government is corrupt, and there’s almost nothing I can do about it.
