I know most - well, many - Americans are great, wonderful people... But Jesus Christ, you'd almost lose faith in humanity when watching that gobshite #Trump and the Sofa Fiddler raging against #Zelensky tonight, and the bizarre unreality that #FoxNews is gaslighting-plus its viewers with. Almost.

For many years, I avoided including people in my shots. But in time I came to appreciate how they can add depth to a shot, or scale, or be an interesting juxtaposition. And I like people too, of course, so it's good to show their lives...
