Feeling very validated for my choice to use completely separate buttons for healing and special attacks (spells, basically) in this game, after it seems Team Cherry made a similar design decision for Silksong.
I've released the full version of the Amora Lumina fangame I've been working on for a while, now officially named Amora's Odyssey! It's a metroidvania heavily inspired by Hollow Knight.

Between Prime 4 and Silksong, I have to admit this was not the high-profile-metroidvania-that-seems-destined-to-never-come-out I expected to be released first.

For my serious thoughts on Metroid Prime 4: It's looking great! Interesting that it's going a similar route to Prime 2 and 3 where most of the new abilities/suits are based around a central theme. Dark and light in 2, phazon/hypermode in 3, and now the psychic powers in 4.
