All the time. It’s why 2 people I know in the last few years died way too young from simple treatable things. They had to wait until they’re literally dying before going to the hospital.

-take “uber” over taxi, tip well, it’s cheap.
- transit works but can be packed at rush hour. I thought it was fine, it just reminded me of NY subways before air conditioning
- follow basic safety rules that you would in any city. Don’t make yourself a target.

I work at a nature center and the wild blue jays will make red tailed and Cooper’s hawk noises to keep the birds and squirrels away from the feeder.
