I think that was more for Whatcom County and not City of Bellingham. One difference, for example, is that WCLS offers a weekly free printing allocation of $7 (but now each single black & white page counts for $.50 instead of the previous $.10), but Bellingham does not.

It mirrors the destruction completed on January 6th, 2021. From the Capitol to the Rose Garden to the East Wing. Quite the trifecta. It's one thing to smear fake gold on everything. It's another to demolish that which never should have been destroyed.
