Excellent! I just finished ACOTAR this past fall (was my go to audiobook series while traveling for elopements last year). I’m about to dig into Throne of Glass because I’ve heard amazing things, but also have been seeing everyone raving about Onyx Storm. So many fun things to catch up on!

Before working out is best for me! That way, I can release all the bad energy and stress hormone while running or however else I choose to move my body that day. Bonus: I’m more motivated to workout that way because I’ve got all that pent up negative energy that’s itching to get out.
