I’m not much of a drawer, but I don’t like going in blind when modeling.
This strikes a nice balance for me.

Finally got foot placement and IKs working! It really helps smooth out the animation blending on enemies.

See that green bar? It’s for enemies. It drains as they act, setting the pace of combat. It’s a way to control difficulty without making them spongy. Cancel an enemy attack, and refund part of the cost so the fight stays dynamic without punishing good play!
