Yeah. The LEDs dying could be burnout, or they couldve pulled out from the aRGB headers. Probably worth opening the case and checking the connections there, but otherwise it sounds fine.

Its likely just wear and tear on the ball bearings themselves causing a bit of a slowdown. Idle speeds rarely matter unless its causing thermal issues iirc.
