None, the ground of "we told YouTube and now we get to collect the ad revenue until you get a claim through their system that they review." They get some money, then after a few days YouTube shuts it down and blocks new claims from them. They make a new 'company' and start over

I agree that contacting an attorney at this point probably won't lead anywhere but I also don't think there's anything Sam or Dropout can do. Knowing copyright on YouTube I'm 90% sure this is some random party who mass-strike to try and get away with stealing ad revenue, it's pretty common
