We're calling this "Eggplant Ceasar". If ever a sauce would be classified as "zesty" it's the hybrid ceasar dressing we baked onto these scored eggplant slices. Pairing these with mango chicken and some potato wedges that I can't quite describe other than "good as fuck". 🍽

Guinness is a great summer beer because you ain't supposed to drink it ice cold anyway. And the 7.5% ABV might help you forget it's 90 something degrees outside.

Windy City Riot tonight! Whole card looks good to me, but I'm paying particular attention to the strong openweight tag match. Hoping WCWC takes the L, and wouldn't mind seeing Fred Rosser give an assist. Not that the Jet Setters need help, it would just be satisfying to see. #NJPW 🤼♂️
