This has persuaded me to play hollowbody, as it's been in my backlog for much too long

imgur.com/a/stendeback... This gun is an experimental rotary mag toggle delayed blowback rifle. There's a video about it by Forgotten Weapons.

Love the more conical mag that's nearer to the trigger. I've just learnt there's a gun called the Stendebach 1936, which was a experimental rotary mag toggle-delayed rifle. Some other rotary mag rifles I've found are the Schulhof 1889, a rotary converted Fusil Gras, and a rotary converted M1 Garand.

Oh, of course, I totally see the inspo now! I recognise the Pedersen's toggle-delayed blowback receiver now that you mention it. The Johnson rifle's internal rotary magazine looked familiar, but I've never heard it's name. Thanks for the info!

Is this based on the Farquhar-Hill rifle? It looks amazing!

this rocks. the italian and austro-hungarian sides with plate and chain armor is so good! are the corceiro 1029 based upon the krag–jørgensen rifle and the denis 1020 on the lebel 1886? do you think they would use black or smokeless powder?
