i just heard the word “synecdoche” pronounced out loud for the first time and I am in year four of teaching students to say it incorrectly…. excellent

There are a few days a year where I see the magic of literature just totally light up a student’s eyes, and today was one of those days. Makes it all feel worthwhile ☺️
