my patience has increased but I will say, it is ok to have trouble reading, it is not ok to scream at people for things you imagined they said because you can't read what they actually said

When you are using the "AI" framing, does the way you talk about "AI" carry water for the Sam Altmans of the world? That is, are you helping to paint a picture of their tech as inevitable, all powerful, and/or anything other than commercial products?

I had read about mitochondrial dysfunction but didn't know what to do with that info

That's great that BEAM has worked for you. I'll take a look. Thank for sharing!

Yup, all of my doctors are afraid to say the word long covid. Only my pulmonologist used it but didn't have any suggestions on what to do about it besides waiting it out

But if I do cardio, the heart palpitations seem to come back

I've been having these random symptoms for almost 1.5 years. I am just happy that something finally seems to be working

I read somewhere that yoga and tai chi helped some long covid patients. So I gave it a try

The frequency of my heart palpitations have reduced. I haven't experienced the kind of fatigue where I couldn't get out of bed the next day in a few weeks

I hope you get past this phase quickly
