Pastries !!! The dog and the cat both got jussttttt a little 🥐
pan barquillo relleno, a cone shaped pastry, with a sweet cream filling, held in rains hand- with chocolate drizzled on top. A large dog with rust and black rottie coloring sits in the background, looking up hopefully wanting some (she got some but not a piece with chocolate on it) A large square puff pastry turn over with strawberry and cream cheese filling is held by rain, it has a bite taken out of the corner. A large dog with rottie coloring sniffs the pastry- close enough to steal it! A pumpkin filled empanada. It has a bite taken out of it and you can see the sweet, deep orange filling inside. Rains hand and arm in a cream sweater holding two bags from the panaderia, a pastry case sits in the background filled with conchas, empanadas, cakes and other baked goods. The bags have other brown paper bags inside of them.

Sorry for the awful selfie but omg it was so much fun! I love when the Arkansas river is slow enough it’s safe to play in the rapids— with proper protection & sober ofc!! Some of y’all scare me getting in those rapids with no life vest! But it was a blast :)
