For my birthday today, my sweet dad got me the wireless keyboard that I've been wanting. c': It's so cute and lovely to type on!

I replanted the planter pouches in our front yard this morning and my little lizard friend (a baby from this year) came to inspect it afterward. So cute. Looks like someone got their tail recently, though, how dare they!

I had some fun this morning visiting antique malls that I've never been t9 before. I found more ceramics by the same designer as my little mice, Anthony Freeman! Couldn't resist this little owl by him, the ducks were more than I wanted to spend.

Today's thrift finds. Each $4! I've always wanted one of these nicely painted little nature statues, and I adore barn owls. This moth I knew I would think about if I didn't grab him, he matches my room decor.

If anyone wants something cozy to do today, the game Hozy on Steam has a play test up. It's such a beautiful, relaxing little game. Clean up a room, paint it, and then decorate it! I look forward to the full release.

Yesterday, at work, I made a friend and then accidentally brought him home. I thought he'd flown off my car. Turns out he clung to the top rails the entire way home. What a tenacious little praying mantis.

And here's what I picked up!
I couldn't resist this mysterious ziploc bag of white painted wooden bones and a skull. Could be a cool centerpiece for Halloween! A brand new black photo frame. Seriously, if you need a frame, go to the thrift shop. Goodwill has tons. This one is in its packaging still. A Betsey Johnson duffel bag. Only a tiny bit of wear and tear. This one is black with a pastel cats as planets and in UFOs theme. Too cute to resist, and it has a luggage strap on the back to use with a rolling bag! A tiny silver frame of roses and leaves. 2.5 by 3.5 inches. This one was still in its brand new Kmart packaging, with an original price sticker and everything.

Did a little thrifting today. Here's a few of my more interesting finds. The whale teapot was so cool, but I haven't the space or need for it...
A whale shaped tea pot with a tiny little lid where the blowhole would be, the tail curled up and over itself to be the handle. A wooden sauropod type dinosaur. The neck and tail are segmented to turn, like those old wooden snake toys. A black and white cat shaped wooden wall hanging with two coat or bag hooks. A christmas themed train decoration, with the engine and a coal car.
