Absolutely. Especially the specifics. Like I know there's something about Germany and no red blood? But does that apply to the cartoony blood animation in my game that isn't accompanied by images of people being injured? I have no idea!

What utter BS. Nobody should be held responsible for "violating" discriminatory laws. It's the law itself that is the issue, not developers who are quite often members of the group being discriminated against.
