Lifelong progressive. Independent who thinks the Democrats play it way too safe in the middle of the road. Green Technology. Art. Food. 💙
I believe this misses the entire point. The point is NOT to erase all foreign investment. The point is to create Canadian jobs and end an outsized reliance on US made products. Pro tip: A supertanker does not turn on a dime. Therefore a good captain does not try to turn a supertanker on a dime.

Correction. American men. Most of the rest of the developed world has had a woman head of state. Sure this doesn't prove the entire culture (of a nation with a female HOS) is purely progressive and in fact few nations have an actual ERA that legally assures equal pay.

It's a problem.

"It's a lot." ... to some. Don't worry about them. You look great. "Know thyself" (PS new FOLLOWER here 😀)

There IS a list. Prosecute them ALL. Politics be damned.

My wife and I just had a great trip to our New Haven Ikea. She won $50 from a grab bag just for walking in the front door. After a meatball lunch we bought hundreds of dollars of stuff because FUCK TRUMP.

It's good comedy, but this IS how they think.

Yep, my father, a WW2 Army Air Corps veteran received a degree in teaching specializing in History and US Government. He taught a generation of kids on what specifically made the US a special democracy. I miss him everyday, but am glad he doesn't have to witness the current inside threat to the US.

It's a provable fact that if Republicans didn't have abject hypocrisy as their intellectual foundation, they'd have no intellectual foundation at all.

The Farage appeal to Brits is as mindfuck inconceivable as Mr. Trump's is to Americans.

There are always those who are simply confused about the world and will latch onto whatever scapegoat monger shrieks the loudest.

Have to respectfully disagree. Democrats need to stop chasing Trump. Once you think you 'got him' on something... another catastrophe emerges.

Dems need to stop chasing.

Dems need to figure out how to recapture the middle class with plans to provide real support. Tax breaks. Healthcare, etc.

Thank you Senator Murphy. The US has lost its way in allowing this socially damaging behavior. When you have many many people disadvantaged by something, and a tiny minority profiting from it, there's no reason it should be legal. I'm not even slightly anti-capitalist. But all systems need controls.

Food from Walmart. Yeah, not a good idea.

Couldn't really gain much insight from that essay. I'll say this, I agree it won't be a military fight as some envision. More like what's happening now. Canada turning away from the US in trade and culture. The EU turning away from the US in trade and defense. States will eventually 'break away."

Just shame on CNBC for giving him a platform. One of many reasons I never watch US corporate news any longer.

Still missing the greater point.
Dems lost Michigan.
Dems lost Pennsylvania.
Both were once D strongholds.
More people decided NOT to vote than voted for either Harris or Trump.
Democrats have to come to terms that they lost the working class vote and do a LOT of introspective analysis as to why.
