It was like $20 cheaper at Central Market than when I got it at Natural Grocer last year, but Natural Grocer was doing preorders so I was guaranteed a bird of the size I wanted.

I love it so much. I've been doing the dry-brined/spatchcocked thing for six or seven years now. The past two years I've gotten a Mary's Organic Turkey, while not an earth shattering change, is definitely a better bird.
