Velinya stands at 6 fulms tall. They used to be (only slightly) taller, and grudgingly accept their "Short Leige" status thanks to the nerf to their overall height brought about by the funky femme formulae they routinely take as part of their transition.

I'd say Velinya is a solid 7 on the silliness scale. They can be serious when the moment calls for it, however for the most part they are a creature fueled by whimsy and will engage tomfoolery of the highest order.
