Standard of care would be calling you back to the ER as soon as the positive blood culture results, and from UpToDate treating with levofloxacin alone is not considered sufficient for pneumococcal meningitis

I accompanied a friend to their oncologist last week and this was the sign they had posted everywhere about COVID prevention … from 2020… posted at the cancer doctors office where people go for chemo.
