@dkthomp.bsky.social in fact you should do a show on how Medicare has continued to reduce physician compensation yet increased the bureaucratic demands and costs on the same practices. Pegged to inflation, reimbursement declined >30% over 20 yrs.

@dkthomp.bsky.social I take great issue w your comment on AI podcast—internists aren’t good at diagnosis. A huge misrepresentation and demeaning of a profession. By and large they are excellent. You can do better.
