I use the cheapo yarns like RH in more heavy weight projects like rugs, pet cozies, placemats, bags, baskets, stuffies, etc. Using 2 or 3 strands at a time makes a heavy " fabric." RH seems to work ok when it's normal worn against the skin. Plus, its price makes it easier to use more yardage.
