Tried to play this so many times in the past. QOL updates helped. Complicated feelings about it (job unlocks, pacing, so many proper nouns). Time to rewatch the Stormblood raid cutscenes I had no context for.

To say MK was formative or foundational for me would be to undersell it — have told a few of those stories over the years. Loved all the footage. Want more ports of more games. Want the input lag decreased further (PS5). Online was rough.
