When I was renovating an old house years ago, inside the walls were old newspapers from the 30s. The NYT headline in 1938 read "Czechs invade Germany".

I nearly died from a burst aneurysm a few years ago.
I'm now handicapped, fighting the depression that happens when you're in pain can no longer function like you used to.
It doesn't stop me from focusing on what is beautiful in life.
