I look forward to inexpensive and widespread lab-grown meat too, but for companion animals.

I was vegetarian for 22 yrs before going vegan 11 yrs ago when our daughter shared with us the horrors and abuse of the dairy & egg industries.
Not sure why you're vegetarian, but if it's for animals, environment, or health, vegan is best.
