I don't think this will happen. Unfortunately, over the years, many ideas have been brought forward for strip building/ arena complex designs, and the vast majority do not get built.

I feel a declining birth rate will be a plus in fighting climate change. It's going to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels for transportation and fertilizers. Less humans mean fewer resources that need to be mined and processed, less fishing in the oceans, less pollution, etc. I see it as a win.

So now they have to deal with a 24/7 picket. Sucks for them. #unionpower.
