Their is nothing ambiguous about term limits presidents get two four year terms it doesn't change anything if they are non-consecutive the only way you can serve more than 8 years is if you inherit the presidency through the line of succession & get reelected twice

Congress would never issue a declaration of war based on a desire to steal oil from another country so Trump is trying to make this about terrorism so he can bypass Congressional approval,the problem is his post made it pretty clear he wants Venezuelas oil reserves

The constitution says only Congress can take America to war so if Trump attacks Venezuela that officially can't be considered a war meaning the alien enemies act should be off the table since the United States has not recognized Venezuela as an enemy nation,1 man doesn't get to speak for us all
