Not his true max but due to working on mobility ranges we had to finish the training phase testing 1RM here

Safety first. Stretch and strengthen adductors and hamstrings at the end of range of motion FIRST if you used to be stiff af.

He used to pull conventional, 210 1RM

Why do doctors not experienced or knowledgeable in advising athletes assume they can casually discourage pregnant women from working out?

STRENGTHENING DEADLIFT 2021 vs. 2024

✅ Learned to get back tight faster → breaking the ground more efficiently
✅ Lockout is much more confident
✅ Stronger leg drive -> keeping back static easier
✅ No more pushing the bar forward with my knees
✅ Turned my toes inward → more stability

✅️ stretched glutes, hams, posterior chain
✅️ turned knees out on lift off
✅️ turned toes in to match knees and improve stability
✅️ hips are pushed into the bar more now
✅️ sasha uses more quads than back

🏋‍♂️The only two ways you can tell you've gained lean muscle mass is

✅️ 1 #Dexa scan or mri (no one does mris for that even though its the most precise way)

✅️ 2 You can #lift the same weight for more reps or more #weight for the same amount of reps

⚠️ not when you "feel that you've gotten #stronger "

Know why you have no progress in the gym for years?

Effort. It makes a difference. If your weights are not challenging results will be zero.
