Yes. We bake the same way. With a bit of nostalgia. Being in the kitchen is soothing for me. When I bake something, I sometimes think my grandmother would really enjoy what I made. She loved her sweets, and I loved the time I spent with her in the kitchen.

Thanks for the info. I'm not the best with dough. It's pretty hit or miss with me. I often cheat and use boxed mixes that I know will turn out right. But after seeing your focaccia... I'll see what I can do.
