Yes, and the cons still have a fairly substantial amount of seats. I'm hoping for a strong coalition with the new NDP leader, and hopefully cooperation from the Bloc. Either way, we're in better shape than if we had cons in, even as a minority.

The problem is getting the party's to cooperate instead of just trying to block progress.
