She didn't look shaken. She looked pissed off. It also looked like she was going to go after the guy. She is definitely a hero how she refused to leave and insisted on finishing her speech.

Tbh, I'm not impressed with any of the ones who have spoken up aside from Biden. It took two people (I can't say more) and a year for them to speak up after all the horrific things going on. Biden I can understand with his fight with cancer but the others just watched it burn.

I'm on X, and all I see is Poilievre's followers mocking, insulting, and especially using the "r" word. My daughter is voting for the first time. She said even if she'd been curious about Poilievre, the hate filled behavior would turn her away. She sees the opposite with Carney's followers.

It's wonderful to see Americans finally rising up and fighting back. They need to keep this going. I hope they hsve more massive protests planned.

Yes, they absolutely should respect it. I'm watching from here in Canada. If anything, this has shown weak areas in the institution. It seems like people relied on those voted to the highest office to have respect for the constitution and law. We need to learn from that. We all need to learn.
