Then & now, we see leaders lean on nationalist rhetoric, scapegoating outsiders & immigrants, while trying to delegitimize the media. No matter where you are politically, Trump has fueled an us vs. them mentality. Division serves his purpose! The more chaos, the more control he holds.

So glad I came across this video of a fellow named Eligha Bryant. I cried. The world is hard, but there good humans out there & it gives me hope. What a beautiful gesture.

The Proto-Cathedral of St. James the Greater.
Built in 1885 in Gothic Revival style ⛪.
A proto-cathedral just means it used to be a cathedral but no longer is.
