I usually reply—I bet there’s someone working hard on planning in your town but if I had to guess they’re probably under-resourced to fix the problems you have, and/or the solutions to your problems are not the solutions everyone wants *big smile*

I even thought it was too fast to bike through! Definitely needs to be walked and there needs to be more space to do that.

I also biked today in the rain! Well, it was drizzle really. In Houston I had good rain gear, in Philly I’m not sure if I wouldn’t instead just walk to the bus if it was really coming down.. (photo from past Houston life)
