Personally, I think if it's a ladder climb with a specific archetype, that archetype should make up most of the deck. I hate when decks are listed as a specific archetype, and only play like two cards from it.

Do you feel like you need more time to accomplish what you want with the audiobook? If so, then just take it easy and just work on it till you're satisfied. If it comes out this month, that's great, but if it has to wait till January that's ok too.

Not if the sentence is passed only with 100% conclusive evidence. And if any false accusations fall through the cracks, the accuser gets the same treatment.

You're right, death would be getting off easy. Instead use them for experimentation or strap bombs to them and put them on the front lines of a war.
