Can anyone say with certainty that only a 2% wealth tax will pay for all Mamdani's initiatives? If so then I'll agree with you. Otherwise expect the greedy to withhold from the needy.

As long as the Gamecocks keep improving each game they will be a force to reckon with in March and April 2026. The offense looks really good but the defense still needs work. I'd like to see 5 steals and 10 blocks per game, and average of 10 forced turnovers.

I'm just a passive observer of NYC politics who hates extremes on both sides, and that includes Trumpism and Extreme Socialism. What ever happened to basic common sense?

I respectfully disagree and polling data shows that extremism on the left brought us extremism on the right in the form of Trumpism.

I'm anti extremes, whether on the left or the right. Mamdani is even more extreme than Bernie Sanders and that's saying something.

The new mayor made a LOT of promises. Just saying. People are hurting so be has to move fast. He has no other choice.

You appear to be making some wild assumptions about the cost of the proposed socialist programs. Extremes on both the left and right are not sustainable. There must be balance or America will fail.
