Completely unacceptable that Garland did not supervise this so that the American people could see the facts & accountability, now, it looks like Garland can’t even get a report out because he can’t figure out how to deal with a compromised judge.

I think incumbents due to inflation were cooked & it’s likely that voters may have voted against any Dem.

If the 81m people who showed up in the election before last, had supported the Democratic candidate, we’d be saved but…these people didn’t like: inflation & the lack of primary deprived them of making a choice that was associated with the incumbent.

I don’t believe “they’re in on it,” I do believe: Garland waited to see if Trump would run again and the Trump legal team knew he’d follow the same playbook as Muller and they used this and ran out the clock. We needed an AG who made punishing the interference & insurrection their core mission.

I do think if Garland had done his job correctly (planning for potential scotus help) and if Biden had kept his one term promise and we had a real primary, we would likely be in better shape.

Yeah they picked a +70 year old with throat cancer over her to enforce “legacy rules”—which is stupid—AOC is pretty pragmatic so I expect the newer guard to start to collaborate—Mortality is forcing a change.

Agree-Dems lack a cohesive message and they need to pick a messenger that’s under 60. A ray of light in the darkness: dems have a good backbench of younger leaders: whitmer, pete, aoc, beshear and their core beliefs of individual freedom over your life/body and support of middle class are popular.
