Out of all the Hoenn Pokemon (Flygon and Milotic, anyone), GameFreak decided to give that one obscure Pokemon from that one disappearing island a Mega.

Mega Baxcalibur
IMO, Baxcalibur is the LAST Pseudo Legendary I want to see Mega Evolve since I don't have any strong feelings towards it.
Though I do like how the giant metal dorsal spine becomes a sword, tying it to the legend of King Arthur's Sword.
