One more note: the only things I've seen Alex Pretti's hands do before he was slain were put away his cellphone in his jacket pocket, helping the woman up who got shoved violently to the ground, and what I believe are his sunglasses in his left hand. Makes sense, given he was pepper sprayed.

The weather the last 24 hours (freezing rain) is actually creating problems for 🇺🇸 USAF transports trying to get to Fort Hood.
3 C-17As from JBLM (KTCM) and one from Dover (KDOV) have detoured to El Paso (KELP). The KDOV C-17 tried again for Fort Hood but turned back to KELP.
