Dr Geneva Smitherman is a great resource. On top of scholars you can incorporate a book like "I Am Enough" by Grace Byers. This book celebrates selflove and identity, promoting inclusivity and pride in one’s cultural background, which could inspire discussions about Black Language in the classroom.
