I saw that 3 members of Danity Kane reunited for a show & have since had “DO DO DO YOU HAVE A FIRST AID KIT HANDY” in my head & I’m back working overnight rollouts at J.Crew bc that’s when our Muzak station would switch from indie rock to current hits 😂

Son woke up from nap yesterday with a low grade fever (teacher said she got 2 other similar msgs, yay kid germs), no other symptoms (I was paranoid he’d puke at any second) & was acting normal & eating almost normal, and he slept crazily last night (all over his room, in his rocking chair,

I had to run to Ulta, which I rarely do in person anymore, but since Bath & Body Works is next door, I said F it and decided to get a couple of candles…it took me a bit to find 2 that I liked, since so many of them are so sweet or sugary smelling…remember when we were obsessed 😂😵💫

I had my birthday massage yesterday (thanks Ronnie 🥰), and finally tried a CBD one, and omgggg it was amazing. I woke up so sore bc the masseuse really dug into every muscle, and the oil helped a ton of course. I need to try to put some money aside to have one a month.

Yes, I participated in a large online retailer’s Black Friday, plus a large clothing company, but it was all for gifts for my son and nieces, so I hope that’s ok 🫶

Sometimes when I see a school bus I remember in 6th grade, the seniors played a prank by slashing a bunch of bus tires & spray painting “SENIORS 96” on them (lol dummies) so then all the buses the next morning were super late & everyone got to school at weird times

Finally remembered to call my dentist to reschedule my appt to better fit my son’s newer school schedule, and it had to be moved from January to April 😅 if this was a doctor appt, I’d be miffed, but thankfully I keep pretty good care of my teeth so I’ll be fine lol

I’m typically VERY basic with my makeup (when I wear it) but for special occasions (like our date night tonight for my birthday), I’ve learned that I need to refer to makeup tutorials for women over 40…all those ones with young girls are NOT for me…our faces really do change 🫠

Saw an ad for a canned soup & remembered how I ate SO much canned soup in college & my 20s because it’s so easy, and whenever I’ve tried it recently it’s just…no thank you. I’m glad it exists for the many people who need/like it, but I’m also glad I don’t need it.

Dammit my mom is hosting a MLM party (some cleaning product I’ve never heard of) & I politely declined but I hope she doesn’t grill me about it when I see her in 2 days 😵💫 she’s doing it with my aunt who probably talked her into it tbh so hopefully I’m in the clear lol
