I went for a light morning run with my bestie yesterday, at the Emeryville Marina. It was the first time in 7 weeks I've been outside to run since getting patellar fasciitis at the end of February. It felt so good to be back outside running, and it was the perfect end to an amazing weekend 👭❤️
