One of our family members has the allergy to penicillin too. It's brutal, it's in so much stuff and it's rare enough that it gets prescribed all the time due to lack of checking charts

They have several epipens on hand just in case

As the years went on we used them for d&d and other table top RPGs rather than letting them collect dust

Highly recommend doing a hero ttrpg session! (We did GURPS Technomacer meets heroes!)

There is definitely a point of sudden water pressure that makes you wonder a human is just a fleshy straw

You could also roll a dice on these to decide who gets to smash who got the novellas in between!
