This isn't correct. Each officer is removed only if they are impeached by the House and convicted by the Senate.

If you don't have doctors, it doesn't matter who owns the hospital.

I work in telemedicine, and it doesn't matter where I am. Doctors won't take contracts in NM.
August 28, 2025 at 5:44 AM
The New Mexico Patient Care Fund is the reason most of the doctors I work with won't work in NM. That has nothing to do with PE (which only owns, maybe, 30% of the hospitals). It's too easy to get caught up in a medical malpractice issue that isn't your fault. Fix that before crying about PE.

Bottom line: All haboobs are dust storms, but not all dust storms are haboobs—the term “haboob” refers to the thunderstorm-outflow origin; “dust storm” is the broader hazard category used in NWS warnings and safety messaging.

• Haboob — a specific type of dust storm driven by thunderstorm outflow (gust front/downburst) that creates a fast-moving “wall” of dust, most common in the Southwest U.S.

• Dust storm — the general phenomenon: strong winds lift dust and sand, cutting visibility. NWS issues a Dust Storm Warning when blowing dust drops visibility to ¼ mile or less (winds are usually ≥ 25 mph).
