Voters want a Democratic Party that knows when to hold em and when to fold em, a Party that represents the majority of it's members not a selected group every time a decision has to be made, a Party understanding reality solutions not feeding BS to it's members they know won't happem.

Jamie, some of these very same people spent a lot of time talking about there should have been a primary. They fed negativity to young voters and they showed a side too many Democrats have where we are concerned by using a "class" distinction rather than racism within. I remember.

Talk to those who betrayed us, putting us in the position of not having the House, the Senate, the White House and the Supreme Court. Talk to those who betrayed our party by interrupting Dem rallies but not protesting gatherings full of MAGA's. Spare me the pearl clutching now. I'm a proud Dem.

Those who care and have worked many years for all the things you enjoy in America today are because of the Democratic party and this fact will continue in spite of all the naysayers and those who hop in and out of the party while we do the work.

You really have no idea how this all works. Everyone who sees the Democrats as the problem today needs to get out of the way to allow the serious Democrats to do what needs to be done. There is no disgrace in stopping people from starving, getting evicted, etc.

You never get tired of dissing the Democrats. Before you make comments like these stop and remember you are a "privileged" democrat and the majority of Democrats do not have the luxury of surviving 30 days without a paycheck or food. We showed who the GOP is and now we need to survive.

Or starving children and the elderly right now or forcing evictions or a host of other situations with a shut down government. Bernie is great at rallies and yelling at people but that doesn't pay the rent.

The Democratic party is the only party being responsible. Stop all this primary talk and BS. The reality is millions of people are starving, rent isn't getting paid, people cannot go another month like this. I find it unacceptable that Democrats are blaming Schumer and not screaming at the GOP.

No matter what happens the Democrats will be blamed. They have shown who is at fault. They must do what is necessary for their constituents who are calling and texting them daily. You and others like you are not missing meals or behind in rent. I trust my party's decision over my choice.

Austria's population is under 10 million and New York City is just under 9 million. There is no comparison especially since the Black population is minuscule in Austria so no one is worried they're getting free stuff.

These are the ones who would join a sit-in and after 15 minutes would leave, find a microphone and complain sit-ins are not effective. They jump in and out if issues expecting instant gratification. Why is it the polls are rarely representative of those of us in for the long haul???

Many pleaded with everyone to NOT vote for him. I was being told I was an "old elite Dem" and then dismissed. I am seeing the same frustration again with Mamdani who is a great actor but will prove to be a mayoral disaster. I accept I'm old and Dem but an elite is bullshit and I bring experience.

Not for me either but I am not surprised he has popped up as he is neither a fauxgressive nor an "elite". What he will be is someone to be reckoned with because he truly knows how everything works. I'm keeping an eye on him.
