So glad you joined bluesky! I know myself and others are deleting apps like Twitter and Instagram and it's nice to be able to keep seeing your art!

I have been seeing accounts saying they are deleting most of their art but leaving some and changing their bio to saying "This account is no longer active but check out my bluesky" just to prevent people from making fake accounts pretending to be them

Correct but I did go through all the people I follow on Twitter and followed them on bluesky if they had an account. I plan on saving a few more things on Twitter then deleting the app. Deleted Facebook yesterday as well.
