I used to work for a then-small cafe in town, and It was by far the worst place I've worked, because the owner was so entitled and kind of rude. Not even just to me, but everyone except MAYBE like...2 people she simply couldn't upset because they helped run the place.

The number of times and ease these people will say something along the lines of "Don't get wrapped up in the facts," and then proceed to tell you the Spin you should get wrapped up in is insane, and needs to be both studied and then immediately called out. With like...a shock collar or something.
