They are doing this to get private information out of you so they could control their users. Remember: I highly suggest NOT giving them your actual ID. We have been taught to not give private information on the internet, and this is no exception. Do not let YouTube get what they want.

Remember that they are making this not because they care for any of the children browsing their platform (if they did, they would actually moderate their ads). It's incredibly scummy to use children as an excuse to be controlling of people especially if you have no care towards them.

First of all, I never said I wanted Spotify to get shut down. I just stated that I will be boycotting it until they get a better CEO. I don't mind if other people continue to use it for streaming.

Remember that this person is the CEO of Spotify, the person responsible for managing the company and its money. And if I could, I would replace him with a more ethical one.

The investment in war was the cause of me boycotting from Spotify (at least until they get a more ethical CEO, which is unlikely)

TL;DR, the CEO is more interested in investing his money into war than actually paying artists.
