I am pretty decent at it. Lately all low/zero carb foods to get my Blood sugars back in place.
Also only eat once a day so that is less work.
Except today was a gym day with an old friend I have known since the 90's Muds, Mucks and other places.

In my experience the nude drawing the models take much more appropriate positions.

I have been in a few. From basic to advanced. Usually evening classes. Quite relaxing and fun.
Of course there was this one time in the advanced figure drawing where our model positioned herself in such a way my friend swore he saw her cervix lol!

Highly recommend finding a drawing class at a nearby college. It is a skill that practice will greatly help out. They also will be loose and fast drawings so if you are having fine motor skill issues it won't matter so much.

I eat out once a week. At a nice chinese buffet (with more than chinese food) for about the same cost as a fast food place. The food quality is better and you have more choices.
Other than that, I eat at home.
Prices are insane.

I just officially entered diabetic range a little over a month ago. I am thankful my doc didn’t think I needed it.
