I haven't played destiny in a while so idc about the giveaway BUT this is Avtomat-8, he uses a proprietary sensor suite to 'see' (like daredevil kinda) because he's traditionally blind.
His armor also takes him apart when he's it it so he's 6' tall out of it and 10' in it.

Avto's armor closet- a depiction of my #Starfinder Character's power armor rack+equipment maintenance setup.
A hand-drawn depiction of a ship's cargo recess, taken over by cluttered equipment. The space is dominated by a large power armor rack constructed from the salvaged claws of a Lore Guardian.
